Diamond  The firewall

1   Description

Diamond is my personal firewall. It was based on the Linux Router Project and booted from a floppy disk (read only).

The firewall was also connected to a old matrix printer that logs all strange behaviour. So if you do any suspicios with my computer system I'll be warned because this printer sounds a lot! And if someone successfully crack it I just have to reboot it because I have a write protected floppy that it runs from.

Now I have changed to a Debian installation to make it more powerful and easy to administrate. An other reason was the there were no dirvers available in LRP for my more recent network adapters.
